Is my data secure and private?

Yes! We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your facial photos are processed securely and are never used to train AI models or shared for marketing purposes. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Lumina Care → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Can Lumina diagnose medical conditions?

No. Lumina provides general skincare information and suggestions based on AI analysis for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your skin health, please consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare professional.

How often should I scan my skin?

For best results, we recommend doing a quick daily scan to track your progress and get daily encouragement. Weekly scans are saved permanently so you can see your skin's improvement over time. Listen to your skin and adjust the frequency to what feels right for your routine.

What platforms is Lumina available on?

Lumina Care is currently available on iOS via the Apple App Store. We're working on bringing the app to more platforms in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the Profile screen in the app. This will permanently remove all your data, including scan photos, analysis results, and profile information. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
